1. Unwrap the Camembert from its packaging and, using a small knife, make incisions into the cheese and stuff with the sliced garlic and thyme.
2. Place the Camembert on a baking tray, scatter extra thyme and garlic on top, and bake at 180°C for 8 minutes until the cheese is soft and gooey.
3. Sear the Turkish Bread: Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil and butter. Pan sear the Turkish bread slices on both sides until golden and crisp.
